Simple Salad with Chopped Chicken and Tomatoes

  • Romaine
  • Grape tomatoes, halved
  • Breaded chicken tenderloins
  • Shredded parmesan
  • Dressing of choice (We used a Basil Parmesan dressing I found at Target)
  • Wonton strips or croutons
  1. Bake the chicken per the package directions.
  2. Combine romaine, tomatoes and parmesan.
  3. Add as much dressing as your family prefers.
  4. Once chicken is ready, chop and add to salad.
  5. Then add wonton strips for crunch and serve while the chicken is warm.
