Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 16 saltines, broken up into small pieces
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 TBSP butter for buttering dish
  • 3 TBSP for dotting top of mixture
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter oven safe dish.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  3. In another bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, including egg yolks.
  4. Fold in egg whites.
  5. Pour carefully into buttered dish. Dot top of mixture with butter.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
