July 20, 2014 | Filled under Recipe |
Here is a super simple salad recipe that the whole family will love! My boys gobbled this up! It really could not be any easier!
What you need:
Romaine
Grape tomatoes, halved
Breaded chicken tenderloins
Shredded parmesan
Dressing of choice (We used a Basil Parmesan dressing I found at Target)
Something for crunch (We used wonton strips)
Just bake the chicken per the package directions. Combine romaine, tomatoes and parmesan. Add as much dressing as your family prefers. Once chicken is ready, chop and add to salad. Then add wonton strips for crunch and serve while the chicken is warm.
Seriously.So.Good.
Wish I had some right now! :)
